Delivery Policy

All services provided by Craig Ruksznis through hire.ruks.dev are digital in nature. No physical goods are shipped.

What Gets Delivered

Depending on the project, deliverables may include custom Shopify theme code, Shopify app builds, checkout or cart customizations, performance optimizations applied to your live store, or other digital work product as defined in your project scope.

How Work Is Delivered

Completed work is delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• Direct deployment to your Shopify store (staging or production, as agreed).
• Code handoff via a private GitHub repository or packaged files.
• Documented walkthrough of changes made, included with every project.

You'll receive access to everything you need to maintain, extend, or hand off the work to another developer if needed.

Timelines

Every project includes an estimated delivery date provided upfront:

• Small fixes and optimizations: Typically delivered within days.
• Custom theme builds: 2–4 weeks.
• Custom Shopify apps: 4–8 weeks.

If anything shifts, I'll communicate it immediately and explain why. If I miss a deadline that's within my control, the next sprint is on me.

Client Delays

If a project is delayed due to lack of access, a required app not being purchased, content not being provided, or similar client-side dependencies, the timeline may be pushed back accordingly.

Revisions

Each project scope includes one revision cycle. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed deliverables — not new features or scope additions. Additional work beyond the original scope can be quoted separately at a flat price or billed at $120 USD per hour.

Post-Project Support

All projects include 14 days of support after completion. During this window, I'll address any bugs or issues related to the delivered work at no additional cost.

Acceptance & Handoff

Once deliverables are presented, you'll have a review period to flag any issues covered by the original scope. After that window — or once you confirm acceptance — the project is considered complete and final payment is due.
